German-engineered and handmade in Germany, the Wolfgang Grain Mill is more than just a ‘stone’ mill. Its elegant beechwood cabinet and its small size will make it a conversation piece in your kitchen! Yet its larger-than-life performance rivals that of even its largest competitors.
This craftsman’s goal in creating such an attractive and yet hardy appliance is “a mill in every kitchen”. Designed by none other than master craftsman, entrepreneur, and inventor, Wolfgang Mock, the mill is precision engineered and imported from Germany, assuring the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. In keeping with Mock’s back to basics philosophy, the new Mock mill technology has created a ‘stone’ that is virtually unchippable by designing the extremely durable ceramic-corundum millstone.
Most mills on the market today use stainless steel parts to grind the grain which can ‘heat up’ the grain causing nutrients to be lost. And the stone mills that do exist, have a tendency to ‘chip’ off into the flour while grinding. In addition, the mill can transform 3.5 oz of grain into the finest flour every minute, thanks to its strong industrial motor. There is no mill on the market that does not incorporate at least some idea of Mock, but yet none can compare!
Not mass produced. Every mill is “one-of-a-kind”.
