FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous United States on appliances and Wheatgrass Kits only. UPS automatically insures packages up to $100 in value. As an added bonus, we also pay to insure your order if it is over $100 to adequately cover it in the rare case of shipping damage. 'Shipping and handling' is non-refundable. 

ALASKA / HAWAII / CANADA
FREE shipping on our products is ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States. If you wish to have an item shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please feel free to e-mail us at  customerservice@healthykitchenplus.com for the additional cost of shipping to one of these locations. Special arrangements will be made for you to pay for the additional shipping costs.  At this time, we do not ship to other countries.

DELIVER WHERE?
We deliver to street addresses ONLY. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

SHIPS WHEN?
Except for the rare occasion that an item is temporarily out-of-stock, products are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment clearance. If an item is temporarily 'out of stock', you will be notified by e-mail of an anticipated shipping date. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for the delivery of most items, though most items are received much more quickly than that.

SHIPS HOW?
Products are shipped via UPS Ground with a tracking number in most cases, though Fed Ex may sometimes be utilized. A product could be shipped from any one of fifteen different warehouses scattered across the country, which of course can affect their transit time.  If you require a tracking number, please e-mail us and we will be happy to supply you with that.
