For the smaller kitchen, Zojirushi offers the “Mini” Bread Machine, with a compact and slim design. The machine can create three bread textures – regular, firm, or soft. It also has a Cookie/Pasta dough cycle, Cake and Jam settings, and French bread and dough cycles. The Crust control function can be set to regular or light. This machine prepares breads in less than two hours, and includes a nonstick baking pan, kneading blade, instruction video, and a recipe booklet.
