COMPANY POLICIES

 

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payment via PayPal or Credit Card for immediate shipment. If you are paying with PayPal but do not have a confirmed address, we cannot ship product to you. In this case, we will attempt to e-mail you to obtain a confirmed shipping address. If this is unsuccessful, your purchase will be canceled and payment refunded immediately.

We will also accept payment via money order or cashiers check, but will only ship your order when payment has been received and has cleared the bank, which can take as long as 7 - 10 business days. Personal checks are not accepted.

SALES TAX
Only residents of the state of Georgia will be charged sales tax (7%).

RETURN POLICIES 
Shipping Damage: Replacements are made in the case of shipping damage when product is returned to manufacturer within 7 days of receipt of product. Contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of damaged package at customerservice@healthykitchenplus.com, and we will assist you in opening a claim on merchandise shipping damage. Please retain damaged shipping container and all accompanying paperwork and inserts. Any returns must include ALL original packing material and all original paperwork, accessories, software, and manuals. Customer will not be expected to bear the cost of return shipping.

Defects: Replacement or repairs are made for manufacturer’s defects that are present in NEW merchandise or occur during the warranty period. Customer bears shipping expense if returned after 30 days. You should 'test' the product as soon as you receive it, and contact us right away if there are problems.

Change of Mind: A few select products on this website allow for 'buyer's remorse' returns. These cases are noted on the individual product description page when applicable. However, if one of these few select products is returned because a customer 'changes their mind', original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and customer will also pay for the 'return shipping' to the manufacturer. In some cases, there can also be a 15% or more restocking fee, and will be noted on product page when applicable.

Abuse: No returns are accepted on purposely abused or used merchandise. Neither we nor the manufacturer can take responsibility for damage that occurs after a consumer receives the product.

Contact Us: For any of the above listed return issues, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@healthykitchenplus.com and we will provide you with the correct address and instructions for returning the product. Any returns must include ALL original packing material and all original paperwork, accessories, software, and manuals.
