The pHresh portable alkalizer is the perfect complement to your Jupiter Water Ionizer. It filters tap water to create a fresh and healthy taste. But more importantly, it adds essential alkalizing minerals and gently increases the alkalinity, pH level, of the water and Oxygen Reduction Potential (-ORP). Alkaline water helps to counteract build-up of acid toxins in your body.

How it works:

pHresh is a portable container with 3 levels of filters and mineral cartridges that purifies water and turns neutral or acid water into low alkaline water. You simply pour water into the container and let it flow through the filters into the storage part of the container. Instead of using electrolysis, as with Jupiter Ionizers, a unique method utilizes the chemical reactions of magnesium alloys and a tested composite of natural minerals. Coral sand and semalite contain more than 40 minerals which dissolve into the water during filtration. Activated carbon with silver removes contaminants while inhibiting the growth of bacteria.

How does the pHresh differ from a Water Ionizer?

Water from any of our Jupiter ionizers is much higher in alkalinity (pH) and antioxidant power (-ORP) than pHresh water, and Jupiter's Biostone filter removes far more contaminants. pHresh is a perfect complement to your ionizer, enabling you to both filter and alkalize your water even when you're away from home.

How long do the filters and mineral cubes last?

The pHresh comes with a kit containing 4 upper filters, 1 replacement mineral cartridge, and a box of cotton pads. The life of the filters and cartridge are dependant on how often you use your unit and the condition of the water you put into the pHresh. Under normal conditions, the set of filters and cartridges should be replaced annually. The pHresh Portable Water Ionizer Replacement Filter Kit includes 4 upper filters, 1 mineral cartridge replacement, and 1 box of cotton pads.

What temperature water should be uses?

It's recommended the water used in the pHresh be at a temperature less than 40 C (122 F). Water exceeding this guideline will potentially reduce the life span of the mineral cartridge.
